Tonya Schuitmaker is the Managing Attorney at Schuitmaker Moraitis Law Office, where she specializes in estate planning, probate, real estate transactions, and municipal law. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business from Michigan State University before pursuing her Juris Doctor (JD) at Detroit College of Law.
Licensed in Michigan, Illinois, and Florida, Tonya brings a diverse range of legal expertise to her practice, helping clients navigate complex legal issues across multiple jurisdictions. She is known for her strategic approach, clear communication, and personalized solutions that address each client’s unique needs.
Tonya is dedicated to providing thoughtful, high-quality legal services while fostering long-term relationships with her clients. Her deep roots in the community and commitment to excellence make her a trusted advisor in the legal field.
Christopher Moraitis, Esq.
Christopher Moraitis is an attorney at Schuitmaker Moraitis Law Office, where he specializes in estate planning, probate, real estate transactions, and municipal law. He holds a degree in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University, which provided him with a strong foundation in legal and governmental systems. Christopher then earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Michigan State University College of Law.
After passing the Michigan Bar Exam with a high enough score to opt into all UBE jurisdictions, Christopher quickly established himself as a skilled attorney. He is currently the President of the Van Buren Bar Association and actively contributes to the community by serving on the Rotary Club and the Downtown Development Board in Paw Paw.
With a commitment to both professional excellence and community service, Christopher brings a well-rounded perspective to his legal practice and leadership roles.
